The bewitching Atropa Belladonna, Italian for 'Beautiful Lady', is also known as deadly nightshade. This rare and exotic plant was ingested by seventeenth century Venetians for its potent cosmetic effect - its natural toxins dilate the pupils, giving its subject a deadly, hallucinogenic beauty.
Atropa Belladonna was inspired by deadly nightshade, with the richly decadent scent of dark cassis berries blended with the heady white flower blooms of narcissus and jasmine, on a base of rich bourbon vanilla.
Daringly different, chic, mesmerising.
