Sweetly Known by Kerosene
John Pegg takes his time when releasing new fragrances to make sure he gets them right.
Well, he sure did!
"As if stepping out of a confectionery creation lab, the spicy sweet treats still linger and you can't hide where you've been."
Notes: Cardamom, Cocoa, Sugar, Burnt Caramel, Vanilla and Musk

I bought this blind and am very happy with it, it’s a delicious gourmand. If you like Unknown Pleasures and are a gourmand fan, this will be a great addition to your wardrobe. This and Imaginary Authors Whiff of Waffle Cone are my favorite sweet gourmands lately.
This smells amazing! It is really INTENSE in the beginning. That cardamom note is a bomb that lasts throughout but fades down into a beautiful burnt caramel and vanilla. It reminds me of spicy desserts! This lasts long and has decent projection. I would recommend anyone try it before buying because it is really intense. I do however love it and plan to buy a full bottle! I am obsessed! It somewhat reminds me of Ginger Biscuits by Jo Malone, which is a much tamer spicy gourmand with a similar vibe.
This is a delicious gourmand scent, my favorite along with Unknown Pleasures. I like the caramel and burnt sugar drydown and also the fact that it has no lemon (many vanilla gourmands have a lemon note it seems), for those days when you just want pure sweetness.
spicy, but sweet, the perfected dreamscape of winter: tucked up and warm with snow in the woods and something baking, all in a snowglobe and unreal.
I didnt enjoy this sample! It was too synthetic for me....
