Indigo Perfumery does not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes or fragrances or perfume samples due to possible tampering. However, we may consider refunds on a case by case basis. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Any returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized with Indigo Perfumery. Please call us at 216-767-5563.
