Moonlight in Chiangmai by Dusita at Indigo Perfumery

Inspired by the ambiance of Chiangmai, a city in the North of Thailand, Moonlight in Chiangmai carries an air of mystery and sensuality. Playing with the contrast between light and shadow, Moonlight in Chiangmai paints in olfactory terms a wonderful scene of the city at night, lit by the moonlight and the paper lanterns floating in the sky.

Moonlight in Chiangmai was inspired by the joviality and serene atmosphere between heaven and earth. It portrays a moment of silence and contemplation, looking over the city of Chiangmai from the top of the Doi Suthep.

The moon is full and the moonlight encounters the floating paper lanterns that illuminate the famous gilded Chedi and the Royal umbrellas in a merging embrace of lights.

Top Notes: Japanese yuzu, Night blooming jasmine

Heart Notes: Indian nutmeg, Benzoin Siam  

Base Notes: Myrrh, Indonesian patchouli, vetiver Haiti, Thai teak wood
